My New Guy

I have a new guy in my life. I think he is just adorable. You know the type... handsome, English accent, and distinguished looking with some gray.

Meet Harley.... He's an English anogora bunny, and he's just so darn cute. He loves to cuddle and be brushed, and his fiber is oh sooooo soft. I can't wait until I can spin it. Well, hopefully I will be able to do so. I've heard it's difficult but I'm willing to give it a try.

Oh. My. God. That is the cutest bunny I have ever seen!!!!! And he seems so mellow...

I spun some raw angora for a friend of mine a couple of years ago and was able to manage it as a fairly new spinner. I really needed to let the short fibers make a lot of the decisions, though. It didn't really want to be the yarn I had in mind. But it was beautiful and so very, very soft!!!

He is HUGE! Somehow I figured that angora bunnies were really small. Well, not teeny tiny small but nothing that size! You will surely get a lot of fibre from him. He's gorgeous!

give harley a hug for me :) and I'm laughing at jackie's post.. cause he's just still a baby! Wait till you post pictures of him full grown with a full coat :)

Glad you survived your bitten tongue :) Sounds like it was a near tragedy *grin* I just can't leave you alone for a minute!

ADORABLE!!! You have to get another one and mate them.. Aunt Sherry wants one really really bad...she wants to know how easy they are to care for. So let me know!! *lol*

Angoras are the sweetest bunnies. I had one that I could spin from while she was on my lap. Demonstrating with Muffie was so funny, people would realize she was real and alive and freak out!
Have fun with Harley.
