I Just Have to....

I was reading Sandra's blog yesterday and I was inspired. I just have to knit one of these. So last night, I went to two different bookstores and couldn't find the Vogue Knitting Holiday Edition. How can that be? So today I'm out and about searching for it because I really, really just have to knit this for myself.

And because I couldn't find the mag last night, I had to pirate the picture from her blog (thanks, Sandra). Visit Knitting Satori and see the colors she's using. I think Sandra needs to start a KAL for this project. Sandra, are you listening?

No Boundaries

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

I was up early this morning baking the last of the pies and making the stuffing. Of course, I am wearing elastic waist pants today. Are you?

As I was cooking, I had a realization that I have absolutely no boundaries in my life. So I poured myself one of these... at 8:30 a.m.

Orange juice is a component of the amaretto slush, so in my dysfunktional lifestyle it is considered a breakfast drink.

I truly hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and great shopping on Friday.

Just hear me out..... just for a short time..... I have a small rant.

I haven't cooked the Turkey yet.... and Christmas music is already being played in the stores, malls and on a radio station or two.

Can't we just enjoy Thanksgiving and then start the Christmas season?
