Frog It!

I woke up this morning a bit cranky because last night I frogged My So Called Scarf. I just felt like it needed to be thicker, thus warmer. So I'm going to recast on using two strands of the Donegal Tweed and see how it goes.

So out came the swift and ballwinder again first thing this morning. I do love playing with my toys!

This weekend didn't go off as planned.... you know the planned stash enhancement along with trashy hotel sex. The dog sitter crapped out on us early Saturday morning so we just couldn't leave Sammy home by himself. So what's a girl to do?

Well, go online of course. As you well know, one can buy anything online from Viagara to fiber to chocolates. So baby I let the fingers do the work this weekend. Yes, I fondled and stroked the keyboard to get just what I wanted..... more fiber. And this girl woke up with a smile on her face Sunday mornin'.

Hope you all had a great Memorial Day Weekend. And in the midst of all my fun, I did take time out to remember all of our soldiers: those who have fallen, those who are enmeshed in war, those who are left with the scars of battle, and those who are safely home with their loved ones.
