Moderation: The Key To Longevity!

My motto has always been that moderation is the key to longevity; however, I don't live my life by my motto. I over-indulge all of the time. I either have to do something full throttle or not at all. Can I eat just a couple of chocolate mint Girl Scout cookies? No, I have to eat an entire sleeve.

The other night, I just couldn't have one Irish Cream; I had to have.... well, let's just say too many. This is my favorite drink made by Mr. Effer.

Too much Irish Cream leads to this: This was an attempt to ply under the influence. My feet were just pedaling away and my hands and mind could not keep up.

Anyhoo, here is a great recipe for Irish Cream:

1 1/2 cups of whiskey
16 ounces of half and half
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
4 teaspoons of chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Enjoy!!!

That recipe looks yummy! I've only ever made Kaluah, I'll have to try tis one too. How long does it keep (ok, stupid question)? Couple of days in the frig? or do I *have to* drink it all at once? hehehe

If you don't drink it all at once, it causes leprosy. Or polio. I forget which.

Liz, when you making it for me?

You know I've been way too sober of late.
