The Squirrelmeister

This week has been another week of yardkill. Sammy, the squirrelmeister, killed yet another squirrel. So it's time to put another notch in the tree. Let's see, in the past year he has killed two doves, a rabbit, a skunk and now three squirrels. This was his last victim...may he rest in peace.

On the knitting front, I'm working on another Sirdar pattern; it's a hoodie which is my August stashbuster project. I can't believe I ran out of yarn and have to drive an hour to The Village Yarn Shop in Rochester to get more Buttons yarn. Lucky for me, though, I just got a postcard in the mail and they are having a big sale starting on Monday. Woohoo!

It's pretty lame when all I have to write about is a dead squirrel and my plans to visit a yarn shop on Monday or Tuesday. Hopefully, next week will be more eventful or I'll be more creative. Whatever!

In keeping with Sammy's killing spree, I did kill a dust bunny or two this week!
