Just another comment....

Well this is my third template, and probably not the final one. I think selecting a template is like trying on a bra for my bodacious tah-tahs. I just can't find one with the right fit!

The Pink Just Had To Go!

I just had to get rid of the pink template. It was too much for me! I was beginning to think and dream in pink, and it reminded me of pink cotton candy followed by a bottle of Pepto Bismol. However, at times it made me crave a piece of Bazooka Bubble Gum!

I should have pics Friday or Saturday of a sweater that I'm finishing. I have a strong dislike for finishing: seaming and weaving in the loose ends. However, I can usually talk DH into sewing on the buttons, but he absolutely refuses to do any seaming! Darn him!

Not much knitting has been going on in this household. With this hot, humid weather, I've been floating in the pool (in between raindrops) reading the new issue of Interweave Knits and flipping through other knitting books.

I truly miss my great niece and nephew; they are beautiful children with wonderful, fun-loving personalities. They certainly livened up our household with running, playing, laughing and swimming. It brought back many memories of when my children were young and the house was filled with kids. It just isn't the same around here without them, and I haven't heard anyone call out "Aunt Knitty" since they left. I hope they visit for a week or two next summer!
